TONY BENNETT

Tony Bennett is a renowned singer and international icon who has won around 20 Grammy Awards, not including the Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award. His first hit was the song Because of You which not only reached the top spot in the pop chart but remained there for more than ten weeks. His full-length album, Cloud 7, received many praises which he then followed up with The Beat of My Heart. His signature song was I Left My Heart in San Francisco.

His son, Danny, helped Bennett jumpstart his career when he became the manager. He then appeared in several shows such as Late Night with David Letterman, The Simpsons, Muppets Tonight, as well as other programs. The way he connected with a much younger audience helped boost his career when he needed it the most. Aside from his music career, Bennett is also an accomplished painter and it seems that his art is a worthy investment since his works are often sold out.
