KATHARINE ROSS
Katharine Ross is an American actress who caught the attention of viewers and critics alike in her roles in The Graduate, Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, The Stepford Wives, and Voyage of the Damned. Her first television appearance was on Sam Benedict. Among her other projects included Arrest and Trial, The Virginian, Gunsmoke, The Alfred Hitchcock Hour, Mister Buddwing, Shenandoah, and The Road West.
It was her role in The Graduate that earned her an Academy Award and a Golden Globe nomination. She has been working in Hollywood since 1962 and only retired from the limelight in 2006. Ross is not just a popular actress, but she is also an exceptional rodeo rider which she has put to good use on the ranch. She shared this property with her husband, Sam Elliot, which is just one of their investments.
