Tony Danza – English Teacher

Tony Danza used to be a professional boxer, later he was discovered by the producers so he turned into an actor. In 1978, he appeared in the TV series Taxi and Who’s The Boss? In 1998, Tony Danza appeared in Tony Danza Show. In the same year, he was nominated for Emmy Award for his outstanding performance in the TV series The Practice.

Tony Danza starred in several popular films such as Who’s the Boss and Taxi. After playing different roles, he decided to go on a different career path. After securing a degree from the University of Dubuque, he spent a year teaching English for students in Northeast High School in Philadelphia and released a book in 2012. Two years ago, Netflix announced that he will be returning as an actor in their new series The Good Cop. The series was given a good review in 2018 which means that Tony is back in show business.
