Helen Hunt – Actress/Filmmaker

Along with a moving company’s help, Helen Hunt and her parents moved to New York City when she was three years old, where her father then directed more than a few stage plays. At that period, Helen also watched some theater productions during her free time, which encouraged her passion for acting, and eventually pursuing a career in the industry.

Nowadays, Helen is most known for her work in titles such as Mad About You, As Good as It Gets, Twister, and Cast Away. She’s still quite active in the acting business, with her most recent gig being for the upcoming series Blindspotting. Besides appearing on-screen, however, Helen has also shown interest in behind-the-scenes work in recent years. She has directed two films, Then She Found Me and Ride, and a few episodes of House of Lies, This Is Us, and American Housewife. Looking at things now, it’s safe to say the actress still has a couple of tricks under her sleeve.
