SOFIA RICHIE – LIONEL RICHIE’S DAUGHTER

Model, fashion designer, and social media personality Sofia Richie is the iconic singer Lionel Richie’s daughter to his second wife, Diane Alexander. She is Michael Jackson’s godchild and a good friend of Paris, Michael’s daughter. In her childhood, Sofia developed a fondness for music like her father and received vocal lessons at age of 5. By the age of 7, she already knows how to play the piano. As fate would have it, however, she chose a different career path.

When she turned 14, Sofia got her first modeling opportunity and featured in Teen Vogue. By the age of 15, she landed her first fashion contract with Mary Grace Swim, based in Los Angeles. The following year, Sofia signed with Select Model Management, a London-based modeling agency. The degree of success she has achieved in fashion would only continue to grow in the years since.
