MARION ROSS

Marion Ross is a retired American actress who portrayed Marion Cunningham on Happy Days. For her performance, she received nominations at the Primetime Emmy Awards. She also had an extensive movie career prior to landing her most well-known role. Some of my acting credits include Sabrina, Around the World in 80 Days, It Started with a Kiss, and Airport. After graduating from San Diego State University, her professional acting career began in 1950.

The director at the summer camp where she worked urged her to audition for film roles. She then made her debut in Forever Female in 1953 and the rest is history. In the later years of her career, Ross made guest appearances on hit TV shows such as Nurse Jackie, Gilmore Girls, and Grey’s Anatomy. She officially retired from acting in 2018, but she has an upcoming film entitled Senior Entourage.
