Erin O’Brien

Erin Joanne O’Brien is an American actress whose breakthrough role was in Girl on the Run, which was the first made-for-TV film and also served as the pilot episode for 77 Sunset Strip. She was born on January 17, 1934, in Los Angeles, California and the eldest among 14 children. After she graduated from high school, the actress worked as a singer in the Walter Schumann-directed choir.

She also spent three years as a cast member on Al Jarvis’ Matinee Show. Later in her career, she was cast as a leading lady in episodes of Sugarfoot, Bat Masterson, The Asphalt Jungle, and Maverick, among many others. In 1958, she also released Songs From the Heart of Erin O’Brien Overall, O’Brien had 22 acting credits before she retired in 1967. Currently, the actress is now 87 years old and a happily married mother of 5.
