Jack Betts
Jack Betts is a theater, stage, and film actor whose notable project includes 8MM in 1999 and 2002’s Spider-Man. He was born on April 11, 1929, in Miami but spent his childhood in Jersey City, New Jersey. He later pursued a degree from Colegio Catarinense in Brazil. Betts’ acting career started in the 1950s when he was cast in the stage production of Richard III. Years later, he landed a role in CBS’ Checkmate as Chris Devlin.
After spending the first few decades of his career starring in spaghetti westerns, he then shifted to a career in television, where he made guest appearances in various TV shows. In 1971, he portrayed his most popular role to date as Butch Cassidy in A Fistful of Death. The bachelor is turning 92 this year and recently appeared in an episode of the TV show Good Trouble.
