Mitchell Ryan

Mitchell Ryan is an American actor who became popular for his roles as General Peter McAllister in Lethal Weapon and as Edward Montgomery on Dharma & Greg. Ryan’s acting career started at the end of the Korean War. He made his debut with an uncredited role in the film Thunder Road. After being cast as a supporting character for years, he finally landed a lead role alongside Wayne Maunder and Reid Smith on the television series Chase in 1973.

Some hit films he has been in were The Devil’s Own and Liar Liar, which were both released in 1997. According to IMDb, Ryan has 134 credits as an actor. His last role was an uncredited role in the 2005 film Love for Rent. He is now 87 years old and has been married to his wife, Sarah Miles, for 20 years.
