He cut sugar, salt, and flour from his diet, and stopped eating sandwiches. This diet helped sculpt his midsection and remove the pesky fats.
Bradley also spent two hours a day working out in the gym with his personal trainer, doing lots of strength and core training. Using the 3-2-1 method, which is composed of three cardio circuits, two strength training circuits, and one core workout, he now has the body that we adore today. The 45-year-old star often posts her series of workouts on Instagram, which she calls #FitnessFriday. In one of the videos she shared, she showed off her super-fit body, while performing kettle swings and sled pushes.
In one of her most famous movie credits, One Million Dollar Baby, she revealed she had to work out five hours a day to play her role as an amateur boxer. At the time, she ate 210 grams of protein a day and 60 egg whites, admitting it was a tough thing to do. With her hard work, she learned how to be fit and gained 23 pounds of muscle.

Charlize Theron that when she did the 2018 movie, Tully, she gained 50 pounds and suffered from depression. It took the 44-year-old star a year and a half to put off the weight that seriously frustrated her, calling the experiencing like “hell.”
Charlize acknowledge that it was a long journey for her, and it was hard as she had to press junkets and movies around it, and nobody knew that she did for the film. At first, everyone thought that she was only wearing pads to look fat. When the first photos from the movie came out, everybody thought it was prosthetics. After losing 35 pounds, she became a hot topic, not just because of her weight loss but her alleged pregnancy and a secret baby. After Janet Jackson gained some baby weight, she successfully put it off by losing 70 pounds, credits to her upcoming concert at the time. The 53-year-old star had to emaciate to get back to the stage and perform in front of thousands of her fans at the Hollywood Bowl. She worked with her personal trainer, Paulette Sybliss, who revealed that she dropped all the baby weight by building muscle.
Paulette said that they didn’t do any cardio, which surprised everyone. All they did was weight training, the type that they would incorporate exercises back-to-back. The trainer admitted that she didn’t just want Janet to lose weight but to drop her body fat.

Melissa Joan Hart revealed her new body in the most effective way–by wearing swimsuits and posting it on social media. The 44-year-old star gave credits to NutriSystem, which helped her to lose weight, totaling to a whopping 40 pounds.
Melissa earlier revealed that she gained almost 60 pounds of weight while she was pregnant with Tucker in 2012. So what inspired her to lose weight? Simple, to wear a bikini again. Her two-piece swimsuits made her motivated to slim down, and she did by changing her lifestyle. Although she felt hopeless as she was already in her 30s at the time, she realized that staying fit and in shape no matter what age you’re in is the most important thing, especially for your health.

LENA DUNHAM

Although she’s known for her body positivity, Lena Dunham also wanted to stay fit and healthy. Even though she probably doesn’t dream of having a sexy body like that of Jennifer Lopez and the likes, it’s enough for her to be in the best of health.
In a post on Instagram, the 33-year-old star shared her how she started to appreciated health and wellness by sharing a photo of herself doing some yoga. In the snap, she simply said that health is wealth, admitting she was trying her best while crawling across the room, begging for a donut. This will help Lena improve her money management as well as she only does her exercises at home.

To lose the weight that has been bothering her for a long time, Gabourey Sidibe chose to undergo Laparoscopic Bariatric Surgery. Although the procedure inevitably came with a hefty amount, it wasn’t revealed if the star needed a personal loan.
Anyhow, after the surgery, she managed to lose a tremendous amount of weight, which she also incorporated with a proper diet and exercise to maintain what she lost. She also changed her lifestyle and eating habits to fasten the weight loss and make it more natural. She now follows her nutritionist’s advice and creates her own meal plans that she religiously follows.
