Just like so many others, Christina admitted that she also struggled to lose that stubborn weight, although she already changed her eating habits. Why? It’s because of too much stress. She was too busy and stressed due to her work on The Voice. So, when she took some time off from the entertainment world, she finally had the time to de-stress and begin her diet to lose weight. Her nutritionist is surely happy with the result, but as she has no job at the time, we’re not just sure how her financial advisor reacts.

KELLY OSBOURNE

Kelly Osbourne started her weight-loss journey in 2009. And for her to finally drop down the pounds, she adapted different kinds of methods to lose a staggering 70 pounds. She tried hula-hoop parties to burn the calorie and followed the Reverse Diet, which allowed her to eat heavy food in the morning and lighter meals at night.
Kelly also became the U.K.’s poster girl for the weight loss craze M-Plan, or a.k.a. mushroom diet. Here, she had to replace lunch or dinner with a mushroom dish every day for two weeks, which would help her to lose four to ten pounds. Nutrition experts credit mushrooms as a great meat substitute with only a fraction of calories.

DR. DRE

Dr. Dre managed to lose 50 pounds as an effort to take care of his health. The 55-year-old star credits his weight loss for making a huge difference not just in his appearance but in health, too. He follows a strict diet and exercise, which is mostly composed of cardiovascular routine that helps him to build muscle and strength quickly.
Although he is now in his 50s, Dr. Dre says that she still feels like he is in his 30s, thanks to his healthy lifestyle. As his doctors told him that he seemed to like only 31 years old, he had no option but to buy that and believe.

SETH ROGEN

Seth Rogen lost weight when he played a role in the 2011 movie The Green Hornet. As he received praises for successfully putting off those extra pounds, he kept his humor and said that weight loss was not worth the worry. Although good looks and physical appearance are some of the investment in this industry, for Seth, it’s his humor and wit.
He cleared that he never tried experimental injections to reduce weight and just followed a strict diet and exercise, which for him works wonders. However, as Seth was newly engaged at the time, some wonder the engagement had something to do with it. He cleared that it would be pretty hilarious if he slimmed down because of it.

America Ferrera screams body positivity. Although the 36-year-old star struggles with weight loss and body image issues, she recently learned to ignore the negative comments about her and focused on herself. Now, she looks better than ever with her 30 pounds weight loss. Anyhow, she still likes to be a role model for young women despite her weight loss.
She wants her focus on their passions, instead of their looks and physical appearance. As she used to spend a lot of time worrying about her diet, she wanted these kids to make their time and talent as their investment to do something more important, like finding out what they could do for this world.

50 CENT

A lot of people were surprised when 50 Cent posted a photo of him, looking very skinny as a part of his role as a cancer patient in the 2011 movie, Things Fall Apart. The 44-year-old star wanted to perfect the role as a tribute for his friend, who died of the disease.
At the time, 50 Cent already lost 50 pounds. From 214 pounds, he fell to 160 in just nine weeks by following a liquid diet and running on a treadmill three hours a day. With his thin frame, his manager told him to have himself checked by a doctor. Although he surely has health insurance, he said he’s perfectly fine after experiencing much worst when he was shot in the jaw.

BOY GEORGE

Boy George has been open about his weight gain battle, but the iconic singer managed to surprise everyone when he launched his new body. When he debuted as one of the coaches of The Voice Australia, the 55-year-old singer showed his huge almost 90 pounds weight loss. So, what did he do?
According to reports, Boy George credits eating almonds and following a tailored diet while filming the reality show to maintain his frame. Of course, he didn’t do this without the supervision of a medical expert, as he had the help of the famed nutritionist Amelia Freer, who was Prince Charles’ personal assistant. He also worked out five times a wcrediteek and skipped eating carbohydrates, sugar, and dairy.

ADAM RICHMAN

Adam Richman stopped competitive eating in January 2012. The 45-year-old star admitted that he became depressed when he gained a significant amount of weight due to competitive eating. Fortunately, after his retirement, he lost a staggering 60 pounds.
However, when he made a comment about weight loss, he found himself in the middle of a big controversy. There were allegations that Adam called one or more of his followers as “haters” and even advised them to “grab a razor blade and draw a bath.” Although he issued an apology, Travel Channel already decided to postpone his credits from the series Man Finds Food.

When Amber Riley noticed she was gaining a lot of weight, she decided to start eating more healthy foods. After seven months, her hard work finally paid off as she lost a considerable amount of weight, dropping two dress sizes. After that, she decided to improve her diet to further her weight loss and ease her stomach pains.
She admitted that the fast-food she was continually eating took a toll on her health that resulted in chronic tummy aches. Despite the positive change, Amber revealed that she had been confident in her body, not worrying about having a money loan to undergo any medical procedures.

You may remember Sara Rue on the TV series Popular, but you will surely not recognize her today. The 41-year-old star went on her own long personal weight-loss journey and made a dangerous change, a significant transformation in her body, losing more than 50 pounds.
Sara teamed up with the pharmaceutical company Takeda to further her weight loss. The All for Love star also shut down the beliefs that the celebrities always had the best care and could quickly lose weight anytime they wanted to, saying it was the highest degree of lies. The truth is just like anybody; they, too, work hard to attain their ideal weight and body.
