TRACY MORGAN – AUTHOR
Another comedian in the entertainment industry, Tracy Morgan, started his career in quite a challenging time. To help with his family’s personal loans, Tracy worked a variety of jobs during his teenage years before finally deciding on a career of being a stand-up comedian.
After a few stints working as a comedian, Tracy landed a chance to debut in the acting business with his role in the TV show Martin. Since then, he followed up his career with more on-screen appearances in titles such as Head of State, Uptown Comedy Club, Saturday Night Live, 30 Rock, and The Last OG. Besides acting and making audiences break into fits of laughter, Tracy has also dipped his toes in the writing business. His only work so far is his 2009 autobiography, I Am the New Black, which he co-wrote with journalist Anthony Bozza. Although he’s been relatively low-key in recent years, it’s safe to say that Tracy is still far from ready from bidding farewell to the entertainment industry.
