She first started her career as a model, and she was the first runner-up in the Miss USA pageant back in 1986. Berry first achieved success and fame as an actress in the romantic comedy Boomerang, starring alongside Eddie Murphy. Since then, Halle has been able to star in numerous film projects, winning a handful of awards in the process.
