DAWN FRENCH

British actress, comedienne, and writer Dawn French is the one half of the hit BBC comedy sketch show French and Saunders, together with comedy partner Jennifer Saunders. She has landed roles in a few movies, including Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban in 2004. Now, at age 62, Dawn reveals how important it is for less food intake and maintains simple exercises to a certain degree.

Her life changed when she had to undergo a hysterectomy a few years back, which was also part of her preparation is to lose weight. The operation was successful, and since then, she has lived a health-conscious life. However, that does not mean she had to deprive herself of the food she loves to eat. She still eats her favorite snack, which is doughnuts, and munches on her other cravings but with balance and discipline. As to her realization and advice to young women?
