Having a physique like that of Catherine Bell at age 52 is close to impossible. The JAG and Army Wives actress did a magnificent job maintaining her excellent body by doing a relatively basic and straightforward core program that involved clean eating habits, lots of water, vitamins, and exercise. Bell would go to the gym and work out, but she doesn’t do running. However, she incorporated Pilates and weight lifting into her healthy lifestyle.

Bell would also walk each day along with her daughter, and sets 20 minutes on the treadmill. Putting it all together, she has enjoyed a healthy body and has aged flawlessly over the years. On the other hand, aside from her acting career, Bell has made investments in her cosmetics brand, which can be found online. Presently, she’s still active in the movie industry and has a few projects lined up. We’ll be watching out for it, of course.
